Youth
There are many opportunities for youth of all ages at New Hope, including educational programs. If you are interested in learning more about any of these activities, contact Pastor Ginny Price.
Families with Elementary-Age

High School Youth Group |
It's not easy being a parent sometimes. If you have children who are Elementary School age (or close to it), you and your family are invited to join the group once a month on the first Saturday of the month.
We can eat and chat as we supervise the children at play. Middle School Youth GroupNew Hope’s Middle School Youth Group is comprised of middle school students who meet once a month. Each evening is focused around a meal and either fellowship time (hang out and play some games), service time, or faith time (how does my faith play a role in my life as a teen moving into adulthood?). If you are interested in learning more, contact Pastor Ginny.

In addition, we have a High School Youth Group. New Hope high school youth get together regularly for activities such as movies, lock-ins, service projects, games, fellowship and faith talk. When the youth express interest, they are invited to go on the Synod sponsored event called the Road Trip; this activity usually takes place in January of every new year. At the event we meet other Lutheran youth from around the synod to worship, sing, dance, have fun, serve and learn how God is active in our lives. If you are interested in learning more, contact Pastor Ginny Price.
In 2024, the Youth Group will go to New Orleans, LA, in July to attend the ELCA Youth Gathering. There will be two chaperones for this trip. |
